4.26.13 - IKUNA Inspiration

Many of my earlier posts talk about what IKUNA is and the story behind what inspired it. We see and hear examples of IKUNA everyday. These stories are etched into history as heroic tales; the stories of legends. Books are written about them and we are often at the movies inspired by the life stories acted out on the silver screen. On that note, it is my chance to celebrate Racing Dawn. It's her birthday today!

IKUNA Summer Release - Coming 4.26.13




Summer is coming and so is the new line. I have projected our official release of the line for 4.26.13. Yeah, most major clothing lines had their summer lines and marketing ready back in January. Actually, they are already on the racks for customers to buy! Well, guess what? I don't care :) It's still coming and we're excited about it. Here is what you have to look forward to...

March Madness bracket busted already? Yup.

 

March madness is in full swing and by now most of our brackets are busted. If not, you are one of the lucky ones. For as long as I have been filling out brackets, this year seems more unpredictable than previous years. I like it that way because it’s always nice to see Goliath fall to David from time to time. Well, they may not all be Goliaths but they are well known programs. Let’s see…Pitt, Kansas St, Notre Dame, UCLA, Georgetown, UNLV and others all out after their first game in the tourney. Some things just come like that...

 

The years of our youth are when life is at its fullest; at least we think so at the time. We take risks, we are adventurous, and we feel invincible. This is a time when the choices we make will shape our future selves. I look back on my youth and think often about the choices I made. Could I have made better ones? Of course! I am sure we can all agree on that one.

Fast forward about 10 years into the future and I was preparing for marriage. Still...
